Kelly aptly nicknamed Threshold Agency "The Anti-Vacancy Agency" because it is the largest leasing marketing agency for student housing and senior living property development in the Southwest. He managed and enabled the creative team to increase billing 200% in two years. Naming a new property, designing a brand, developing a website, crafting eblasts, systemizing display and social media campaigns, and creating innovative lease spaces are tactics Kelly and his team used to get properties leased. As team manager, he traveled to research new property markets, partnered with sales executives in prospective client outreach, and led all design presentations.
