Kelly is an interdisciplinary design director with the management skills to nurture creative teams. He has a deep understanding of marketing strategy, client relations, brand development, budget formulation, presentation dynamics and vendor negotiations.
   When designing and marketing a brand, Kelly establishes a convivial rapport with the client, listens intently, pinpoints target market profiles, then clarifies messaging for all print and digital before launching into creative executions.
   With the creative team, Kelly formulates best practices, encourages innovation, brings organization, provides helpful feedback, fosters inspirational research/development, and initiates goal setting. 
   His skill sets include the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Acrobat), interactive web tools (HTML, CSS, UX/UI, Hubspot, WordPress, Click Funnels, Piano, Atom, and Github) and administrative programs (Microsoft, Trello, Podio, Wrike and Workamajig). Kelly is also an avid volunteer for Community First (an affordable housing community for those coming out of homelessness).
